The 1650E Arbitrary Waveform Generator boasts a maximum sampling rate of 25.6 GSa/s, a maximum vertical resolution of 16 bits, a maximum bandwidth of 10.2 GHz, and an output frequency up to 10.2 GHz. It offers optional 2 or 4 channels and a maximum storage depth of 8 GSa/ per channel. It can generate conventional function waveforms and provides arbitrary waveform editing software, allowing for editing of standard general signals, I/Q vector baseband signals, IF/RF signals, multi-audio signals, noise signals, radar signals, and more. It supports various playback modes including timed, external trigger, loop, and single play, with customizable playback counts. It also supports channel synchronization and synchronization between multiple instruments. Primarily used for testing and experimentation of broadband radar, communication, and navigation equipment, it can also provide function excitation signals for debugging related electronic devices.
