6371A Optical Wavelength Meter, a rapid wavelength meter based on the Fizeau interference principle, employs a solid-state optical unit with no moving parts for fast and high-precision wavelength measurements. It's suitable for high-precision wavelength testing of lasers/optical transceivers, rapid calibration of iTLA, and for calibrating spectrometer, DFB (Distributed Feedback) in optical amplifier measurement systems, and tunable laser wavelength calibration in passive device measurement systems. Achieves wavelength accuracy of 0.7ppm and operates at a maximum speed of 1kHz.
