Our company is now introducing the newly developed "Xiaoai® Ultra-Light Vulcanizing Machine," which is characterized by its ultra-light and ultra-thin design. Each independent component is approximately 50% to 70% lighter than the older model!
We have gradually phased out the old vulcanizing machines from 30 years ago, and our machines are now sold worldwide!

"ALEX-Xiaoai®" lightweight whole machine utilizes:
1. Aluminum alloy enclosure electrical control box (about 30% lighter than competitors' steel sheet enclosures)
2. Germany ComiX ComiX 3mm thick ultra-light heating pad (about 50% lighter than the old-fashioned heating strips wrapped in iron foil used by competitors).
3. Pure rubber pressure water bags (about 70% lighter than traditional old-style water pressure plates, versatile for both filling water and inflation; can still vulcanize belts normally in areas without water, such as high altitudes or井下).
4. No need for a heating plate with copper pipes inside; the aluminum alloy water tank on the heating plate cools down ultra-fast in 5-15 minutes (about 40%-50% lighter and less bulky than older models from competitors, suitable for both water and gas for quick cooling).
5. Aluminum I-beams (up to 20%-40% lighter than traditional models of the same industry, thickness and weight can be increased based on tape type and pressure requirements).
6. Match luxury miniature air pump (can be flexibly replaced with an electric water pump, dual-purpose);
7. Utilizing Schneider contactors or solid-state relays, along with German brand electrical components, ensures long-term stable and effective temperature control performance for the vulcanizing machine!

The series "ALEX-Xiaoai® Ultra-Light Vulcanizing Machine" features the following advantages:
1. The ALEX Xiaoai ultra-light vulcanizer boasts a lightweight design, approximately 30% to 50% lighter than traditional heavy-duty vulcanizers. It's easy to handle, transport, assemble, and disassemble, while ensuring uniform temperature and pressure across the bonding surfaces.
The vulcanizer is composed of the following parts: vulcanizer frame (lightweight beam), German Comix 3mm thick silicone heating pad, pure rubber pressure water bag with double-headed small bolts, clamping device, electric water tank integrated pressure pump or air pump, high-pressure water pipe or air pipe, computer touch screen software control box or intelligent digital temperature control box, power cord and temperature sensor, etc.
2. Temperature control and cooling systems undergo accurate factory inspections and are reliable in operation. Cables required for inspections or electric heating meet international GB, CCC standards. Various components,
Junction parts and connectors are wear-resistant, shockproof, and protected against electrical shocks.
The computer control box power supply typically uses 380V, 50Hz (special voltages require customization), with a three-phase circuit display indicating power on or balanced three-phase status.
Utilize German CMX Komix software for precise temperature control technology or intelligent CNC display of vulcanization time.
Maintain stable vulcanization temperature and insulation time, which can be adjusted via touch or by a gauge. Insulation time is automatically timed, stopping automatically upon completion, with an alert signal or indicator light.
Two control boxes are interchangeable. The Komix CMX software used in the computer vulcanizing machine features a human-machine interface and a two-dimensional animation demonstration of the vulcanization state.
The belt vulcanization process features real-time monitoring, with automatic temperature control, protection, and monitoring capabilities. It precisely automates the workflow of multiple belt joints, including "heating, maintaining temperature, and cooling."
The temperature control system features a short-circuit alarm and emergency stop to prevent vulcanization failure, ensuring safe, reliable, and strong bonding.
The temperature control box is waterproof, durable, lightweight, with a protective cover and handle, available in "aluminum alloy shell" and "iron-plastic shell" options. Additionally, the rubber feet serve as shock absorption and insulation.
The control box features overcurrent, short-circuit, and leakage protection functions. It operates using a safe high/low voltage circuit of 380V or 24V, ensuring personal safety.
3. Heating System: The core heating element features a 3mm thick imported silicone computer-carved ultra-light heating pad from "Germany Comix Komix."
One-time molding; no worries about water entering the heating plate causing internal rust, corrosion, short-circuit, or open circuit.
Stay away from hazards. Vulcanized plates are flexible and have good heat conductivity after heating, featuring an integrated 3mm thick German silicone heating pad. The vulcanization work surface
The heating plate ensures even heating at all points, and after entering the insulation phase, the working surface temperature difference is around ±2℃.
The heating plate takes approximately 18 minutes to reach the vulcanization temperature from room temperature (varies with seasonal and climatic temperatures). The operating temperature is adjustable from 0-300℃. The edges of the heat plate are equipped with external temperature detection holes.
Temperature can be checked at any time using a rod-style thermometer (user-provided thermometer, 0-300℃ range), and the heating plate features a high-quality, custom-made Comix insulating board.

The insulating board of the vulcanizing machine is made of imported mahogany faced thick multilayer boards, which are easy to handle and have low maintenance costs.
4. Cooling Method: Forced rapid water cooling/Natural cooling. Cooling Time: The vulcanization work surface is reduced from 145℃ to ≤60℃ during vulcanization work.
Forced built-in water cooling takes approximately 5 to 15 minutes. (Heating plate contains no copper pipes.)
Cool water directly contacts the aluminum plate sink, quickly lowering the temperature, which facilitates rapid disassembly of the machine. The natural cooling time is approximately 240 to 280 minutes.
5. Pressure system, featuring a one-time molded pure rubber pressure water bag for even pressure distribution during inflation, ultra-light design.
About 70% lighter than traditional old, heavy hydraulic plates. The pressure system is designed simply.
The pressure plate is uniformly compressed with no leakage or pressure relief between 0~2.0 Mpa.
The pressure supply system utilizes a portable integrated water tank electric boosting pump or a high-pressure air pump; the pump head motor is manufactured with 100% pure copper wire winding.
6. Mechanisms: The double-threaded small screw and nut clamping mechanisms are made of high-strength, lightweight, hard alloy steel to ensure construction safety. They are also easy to disassemble and transport, suitable for quick on-site assembly.
7. Power Interface: All power interfaces are designed with a dedicated quick-release mechanism, featuring imported joint-venture brand aviation connectors with self-locking devices for safety, speed, and ease. Input,
