"ALEX-Xiaoai®" lightweight whole machine utilizes:
1. Aluminum alloy housing electric control box (about 30% lighter than competitors' steel sheet boxes)
2. Germany ComiX ComiX 3mm thick ultra-light heating pad (about 50% lighter than the old-style heating strips wrapped in iron sheets used by competitors);
3. Pure rubber pressure water bag (about 70% lighter than traditional old-style water pressure boards, versatile for both filling water and inflation; can still vulcanize belts normally in areas without water, such as high-altitude work or underground).
4. No need for a heating plate with copper piping; the aluminum alloy water tray on the heating plate can be rapidly cooled in just 5-15 minutes (about 40%-50% lighter and more portable than the older, thicker, and heavier heating plates of competitors; suitable for both water and gas-based rapid cooling).
5. Aluminum beams (up to 20%-40% lighter than traditional models of competitors, thickness and height can be increased based on tape type and pressure requirements).
6. Match luxury mini air pump (can be flexibly replaced with an electric water pump, dual-purpose);

The series "ALEX-Xiaoai® Ultra-Light Vulcanizing Machine" features the following advantages:
1. The ALEX Xiaoai ultra-light vulcanizer boasts a lightweight design, approximately 30% to 50% lighter than traditional heavy-duty vulcanizers. It is easy to handle, transport, assemble, and disassemble, while ensuring uniform temperature and pressure across the bonding surfaces.
The vulcanizer consists of the following components: vulcanizer frame (lightweight beam), German Comix 3mm thick silicone heating pad, pure rubber pressure water bag with double-head small bolts, and clamping device.
Integrated electric water tank booster pump or air pump, high-pressure water or air hose, computer touch screen control box or smart digital temperature control box, power cord and temperature sensor, etc.
2. Temperature control and cooling systems undergo accurate factory testing and are reliable in operation. The cables required for testing or electric heating meet international GB, CCC standards. Various components,
Joints and connectors are wear-resistant, shockproof, and anti-electrical shock.
The power supply for computer control boxes commonly uses 380V, 50Hz (other special voltages available upon customization), with a three-phase circuit displaying an energized state or three-phase balance.
Utilize the precise temperature control technology of German CMX Komix software or intelligent CNC display for vulcanization time.
Maintain stable vulcanization temperature and insulation time, which can be adjusted via touch or by a control gauge. Insulation time is automatically timed, stops upon completion, and features an alert signal or indicator light.
Two control boxes are interchangeable. The computer vulcanizing machine uses Komix CMX software with a human-machine interface, 2D animation demonstration of vulcanization status.
The belt vulcanization process features real-time monitoring, with automatic temperature control, protection, and monitoring functions, achieving a high-precision automated workflow for multiple belt joints involving "heating, maintaining constant temperature, and cooling."
The temperature control system features a short-circuit alarm and emergency stop to prevent vulcanization failure, ensuring safe, reliable, and strong bonding.
Waterproof, sturdy, lightweight, with a protective cover and handle, available in "aluminum alloy shell" and "iron-plastic shell" options, featuring rubber feet for shock absorption and insulation.
The control box features protective functions against overloads, short circuits, and leakage, and is controlled using 380V or 24V high and low voltage safe lines to ensure personal safety.
3. Heating System. The core heating element features a 3mm thick imported silicone computer-milled ultra-light heating pad by "Germany Comix Komix."
One-time molding, worry-free from issues like water penetration on heating plates leading to internal rust, corrosion, short circuits, or open circuits.
Stay away from danger. Vulcanized plates are flexible and have good thermal conductivity after heating, featuring an internal 3mm thick German silicone heating pad. The vulcanization work surface
The heating plates ensure uniform heat distribution. After entering the insulation phase, the working surface temperature difference is approximately ±2℃.
The heating plate takes approximately 18 minutes to rise from room temperature to the curing temperature (varies with seasonal and climatic temperatures). The working temperature is adjustable from 0-300℃, and the heat plate edges are equipped with external temperature detection holes.
Temperature can be checked at any time using a rod thermometer (user-provided 0-300℃ thermometer), and the heating plate features a high-quality, specially-made Comix insulating board.
The insulation board of the vulcanizing machine is made of imported mahogany faced thick multi-layer boards, which are easy to handle and have low maintenance costs.
4. Cooling Method: Forced rapid water cooling / Natural cooling. Cooling Time: The vulcanization work surface is reduced from 145℃ to ≤60℃ during the vulcanization process.
The forced built-in water cooling takes approximately 5 to 15 minutes. (No copper tubes inside the heating plate.)
Direct contact with the aluminum plate sink by cool water, quickly reduces the temperature, facilitating rapid disassembly of the machine), with a natural cooling time of approximately 240~280 minutes.
5. Pressure system: Utilizes a one-time molded pure rubber pressure water bag for the pressure device, ensuring uniform pressure upward during inflation, ultra-light design.
About 70% lighter than traditional old-style heavy hydraulic plates. The pressure system design is simple.
The pressure plate is uniformly compressed with no leakage or pressure relief between 0~2.0 Mpa.
Supply systems utilize portable tank integrated electric booster pumps or high-pressure air pumps; the pump head motors are manufactured with 100% pure copper coils.
6. Mechanisms: Double-threaded small screw rods, nuts, and other clamping mechanisms are made of high-strength lightweight hard alloy steel to ensure construction safety, while also being easy to disassemble and transport, suitable for on-site quick assembly.
