Our company is now introducing the newly developed "Xiaoai® Ultra-Light Vulcanizer," which is primarily ultra-light and ultra-thin, with each independent component being approximately 50% to 70% lighter than the older model!
We have gradually phased out the old vulcanizing machines from 30 years ago, and our equipment is now exported both domestically and internationally!

"ALEX-Xiaoai®" ultra-thin whole machine employs:
1. Aluminum alloy shell electrical control box (about 30% lighter than competitors' steel panel boxes)
2. Germany ComiX Komix 3mm thick ultra-light heating pad (about 50% lighter than the old-style heating strips wrapped in iron sheet from competitors);
3. Pure rubber pressure water bag (about 70% lighter than traditional old-style water pressure plates, versatile for both filling water and inflating, still able to vulcanize the belt normally at elevated work sites or in waterless areas like井下);
4. No need for a heating plate with copper pipes inside; the aluminum alloy water tray on the heating plate can achieve ultra-fast cooling in 5-15 minutes (about 40%-50% lighter than the old, bulky heating plates from competitors, and can be used for both water and gas to cool down quickly).
5. Aluminum beams (up to 20% to 40% lighter than traditional models offered by competitors; thickness and height can be increased based on tape type and pressure requirements).
6. Match luxury mini air pump (can be flexibly replaced with an electric water pump, dual-purpose);
7. Utilizing Schneider contactors or solid-state relays, along with German brand electrical components, to ensure long-term stable and effective temperature control performance for the vulcanizing machine!

The series "ALEX-Xiaoai® Ultra-Light Vulcanizing Machine" features the following advantages:
1. The ALEX Xiaoai ultra-light vulcanizer boasts a lightweight design, approximately 30% to 50% lighter than the traditional, bulky vulcanizer models. It's easy to handle, transport, assemble, and disassemble, ensuring uniform temperature and pressure distribution across the bonding surface.
The vulcanizer consists of the following components: vulcanizer frame (lightweight beam), German Comix 3mm thick silicone heating pad, pure rubber pressure water bag with double-headed small bolts, and clamping device.
An electric water tank integrated booster pump or air pump, high-pressure water or air hoses, computer touch screen control box or smart digital temperature control box, power cables, and temperature sensors, etc., constitute the components.
2. Temperature control and cooling systems are factory-tested for accuracy and reliability. The cables required for testing or electric heating, etc., comply with international GB, CCC standards. All components,
Junction parts and connectors are wear-resistant, shockproof, and prevent electrical shocks.
The power supply of the computer control box commonly uses 380V, 50Hz (other special voltages require customization), and the three-phase circuit display indicates power on or three-phase balance status.
Utilize the precise temperature control technology of German CMX Komix software or intelligent CNC display for vulcanization time.
Maintain stable vulcanization temperature and holding time, which can be adjusted by touch or instrument control. The holding time is automatically timed, stopping automatically upon completion with an alert signal or indicator light.
Two control boxes are interchangeable. The ComiX CMX software used in the computer vulcanizer features a human-machine interface, with a two-dimensional animation demonstration of the vulcanization process.
The belt vulcanization process features real-time monitoring, with automatic temperature control, protection, and monitoring functions, achieving a high-precision automated workflow for multiple belt joints, including "heating, maintaining temperature, and cooling."
The temperature control system features a short-circuit alarm and emergency stop to prevent vulcanization failure, ensuring secure and reliable bonding.
Waterproof, sturdy, lightweight, with a protective cover and handle, available in "aluminum alloy shell" and "iron-plastic shell" options, while the rubber feet serve as shock absorption and insulation.
The control box features overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection. It utilizes 380V or 24V high/low voltage safe circuit control to ensure personal safety.
3. Heating System: Core heating element is equipped with a 3mm thick imported silicone computer-carved ultra-light heating pad from "Germany Comix Komix."
One-time molding, worry-free from issues like internal rust, corrosion, short circuit, or open circuit due to water in the heating plate.
Stay away from danger. Vulcanized plates are flexible when heated and have good thermal conductivity, featuring an internally installed 3mm thick German silicone heating pad. On the vulcanization work surface
The heating plates provide even heat distribution. After entering the insulation phase, the working surface temperature difference is approximately ±2℃.
The heating plate takes approximately 18 minutes to reach the vulcanization temperature from room temperature (varies with seasonal and climatic temperatures). The working temperature is adjustable from 0-300℃. The edge of the heat plate features an external temperature detection hole.
Temperature can be checked at any time using a rod-style thermometer (user-provided 0-300℃ thermometer), and the heating plate features a high-quality, specially made Comix insulating board.

The vulcanizer heat insulating plate is made of imported mahogany faced, lightweight, and cost-effective multi-layer thick board for easy handling and low maintenance costs.
4. Cooling Method: Forced rapid water cooling/Natural cooling. Cooling Time: The vulcanization working surface is reduced from 145℃ to ≤60℃ during the vulcanization process.
Forced internal water cooling takes approximately 5~15 minutes. (No copper tubes inside the heating plate.)
Direct cool water contact with the aluminum plate sink, quickly lowering the temperature, which can facilitate the rapid disassembly of the machine), with a natural cooling time of approximately 240 to 280 minutes.
5. Pressure System: Utilizes a one-piece molded pure rubber pressure water bag for the pressure device, ensuring uniform pressure upwards during inflation, with an ultra-light design.
Approximately 70% lighter than traditional old-style heavy hydraulic plates. The pressure system design is simple.
The pressure plate is uniformly compressed with no leakage or pressure relief, ranging from "0~2.0 Mpa".
The pressure supply system utilizes a portable integrated water tank electric booster pump or a high-pressure air pump. The pump motor is manufactured with 100% pure copper winding.
6. Mechanisms: The double-head small screw and nut clamping mechanisms are made of high-strength, lightweight hard alloy steel to ensure construction safety. They are also easy to disassemble and transport, suitable for rapid on-site assembly.
