"ALEX-Xiaoai®" ultra-thin whole machine utilizes:
1. Aluminum alloy shell electrical control box (about 30% lighter than iron sheet boxes of competitors)
2. German ComiX ComiX 3mm thick ultra-light heating pad (about 50% lighter than the old-fashioned heating strips wrapped in iron foil used by competitors);
3. Pure rubber pressure water bag (about 70% lighter than traditional old-style water pressure plates, versatile for both filling water and inflating, can still vulcanize the belt normally in areas without water, such as high-altitude work or underground).
4. No need to install copper pipes inside the heating plate - the aluminum alloy water tray can be rapidly cooled in just 5-15 minutes (about 40-50% lighter than competitors' older, bulky heating plates; can be used for both water and air cooling).
5. Aluminum I-beams (about 20% to 40% lighter than traditional models of our competitors, with the possibility to increase thickness as needed depending on tape type and pressure requirements).
6. Match with luxurious miniature air pumps (can be flexibly replaced with an electric water pump, dual-purpose);

The series "ALEX-Xiaoai® Ultra-Light Vulcanizing Machine" features the following advantages:
1. The ALEX Xiaoai ultra-light vulcanizer boasts a lightweight design, approximately 30% to 50% lighter than traditional heavy-duty vulcanizers. It is easy to transport, assemble, and disassemble, while ensuring uniform temperature and pressure on the bonding surfaces.
The vulcanizer consists of the following components: vulcanizer frame (lightweight beam), German Comix 3mm thick silicone heating pad, pure rubber pressure water bag with double headed small bolts, and clamping device.
An electric water tank integrated booster pump or air pump, high-pressure water or air hose, computer touch screen control box or intelligent digital temperature control box, power cord, and temperature sensor, etc., constitute the components.

The computer control box power supply commonly uses 380V, 50Hz (other special voltages require customization), with a three-phase circuit display indicating power on or balanced three-phase status.
Utilizing the precise temperature control technology of German CMX Komax software or intelligent CNC display for vulcanization time.
Maintain stable vulcanization temperature and insulation time, which can be adjusted by touch or instruments. Insulation time is automatically timed, stops automatically upon completion, and features an alert signal or indicator light.
Two control boxes are interchangeable. The computer vulcanizing machine uses Komix CMX software with a human-machine interface, 2D animation demonstration of vulcanization status.
The belt vulcanization process features real-time monitoring, with automatic temperature control, protection, and monitoring capabilities, achieving the "heating, maintaining, and cooling" workflow for several belt joints with high precision automation.

3. Heating System: Core heating element features a 3mm thick imported silicone computer-carved ultra-light heating pad from "Germany Comix Komix."
One-time molding, worry-free from issues like water seepage leading to internal rust, corrosion, short-circuit, or open circuit.
Stay away from hazards. Vulcanized plates are flexible and have good thermal conductivity after heating, featuring an integrated 3mm thick German silicone heating pad. The vulcanization work surface
The heating plates provide even heat distribution, and after entering the insulation phase, the working surface temperature difference is approximately ±2℃.
The heating plate takes approximately 18 minutes to warm up from room temperature to the curing temperature (with some variation due to seasonal and climate temperatures). The operating temperature is adjustable from 0-300°C, and the edge of the heating plate features an external temperature detection hole.
Temperature can be checked at any time with a rod-style thermometer (user-provided thermometer with a range of 0-300℃), and the heating plate socket is fitted with a high-quality, custom-made Comix insulating board.

The insulating panels of the vulcanizing machine are made of imported poplar veneer thick multi-layer boards, which are easy to handle and have low maintenance costs.
4. Cooling Method: Forced rapid water cooling/Natural cooling. Cooling Time: The vulcanization working surface is reduced from 145℃ to ≤60℃ during vulcanization work.
Forced built-in water cooling takes approximately 5 to 15 minutes. (No copper tubes inside the heating plate.)
Cool water directly contacts the aluminum tray sink, rapidly cooling it, which can facilitate the quick disassembly of the machine. The natural cooling time is approximately 240 to 280 minutes.
5. Pressure System - Utilizes a one-piece molded pure rubber pressure water bag for the pressure device, ensuring even upward pressure during inflation, ultra-light design.
Approximately 70% lighter than traditional old-style heavy hydraulic plates. The pressure system design is simple.
The pressure plate is uniformly compressed with no leakage or pressure relief within the range of "0~2.0 Mpa."
The pressure supply system utilizes a portable integrated water tank electric booster pump or a high-pressure air pump. The pump head motor is manufactured with 100% pure copper wire coils.
