"ALEX-Xiaoai®" ultra-thin complete unit employs:
1. Aluminum alloy enclosure electric control box (about 30% lighter than iron sheet boxes of competitors)
2. Germany ComiX ComiX 3mm thick ultra-light heating pad (about 50% lighter than the old-fashioned heating strips wrapped in iron foil from competitors);
3. Pure rubber pressure water bags (about 70% lighter than traditional old-style water pressure boards, versatile for both filling water and inflation, and can still vulcanize the belts normally in areas without water, such as high-altitude work or underground)
4. No need for a heating plate with copper pipes installed; the aluminum alloy water tank on the heating plate can achieve ultra-fast cooling in 5-15 minutes (about 40%-50% lighter and more compact than older, bulky heating plates from competitors, suitable for both water and gas for quick cooling).
5. Aluminum I-beams (up to 20%-40% lighter than traditional models of competitors, thickness and height can be increased based on tape type and pressure requirements).
6. Match luxury mini air pump (can be flexibly replaced with an electric water pump, dual-purpose);
7. Utilizing Schneider contactors or solid-state relays, along with German brand electrical components, ensures long-term stable and effective temperature control performance for the vulcanizing machine!

1. The ALEX Xiaoai ultra-light vulcanizer boasts a lightweight design, approximately 30% to 50% lighter than traditional heavy-duty vulcanizers. It's easy to handle, transport, assemble, and disassemble, while ensuring uniform temperature and pressure across the bonding surfaces.
The vulcanizer is composed of the following parts: vulcanizer frame (lightweight beam), German Comix 3mm thick silicone heating pad, pure rubber pressure water bag, double-head small bolt.Clamping device, integrated electric water tank booster pump or air pump, high-pressure water or air pipe, computer touch screen control box with software or intelligent digital temperature control box.Composed of power cables and temperature sensors, etc.

The computer control box power supply commonly uses 380V, 50Hz (other special voltages require customization), and the three-phase circuit displays power on or balanced three-phase status.
Utilize the precise temperature control technology of German CMX Komix software or the intelligent CNC display for vulcanization time.
Stable control of vulcanization temperature and curing time, which can be adjusted by touch or instruments. The curing time is automatically timed, stops automatically upon completion, and features an alert signal or indicator light.
Two control boxes are interchangeable. The computer vulcanizing machine uses Komix CMX software with a human-machine interface, 2D animation demonstration of vulcanization status.
The belt vulcanization process features real-time monitoring, with automatic temperature control, protection, and monitoring capabilities, achieving a high-precision automated workflow for multiple belt joint processes, including "heating, maintaining constant temperature, and cooling."
The temperature control system features a short-circuit alarm and emergency stop to prevent vulcanization failure, ensuring secure and reliable bonding.
Waterproof, durable, lightweight, with a protective cover and handle, available in "aluminum alloy shell" and "iron-plastic shell" options, while the rubber feet provide shock absorption and insulation.
The control box features overcurrent, short-circuit, and leakage protection functions.Operated with a 380V or 24V safety circuit for high/low voltage control, ensuring personal safety.
3. Heating System: The core heating element features a 3mm thick imported silicone computer-carved ultra-light heating pad from "Germany Comix Komix."
One-time molding, worry-free from issues like water seepage into the heating plate, causing internal rust, corrosion, short circuit, or open circuit.
Stay away from hazards. Vulcanized plates are flexible and have good thermal conductivity after heating, featuring an integrated 3mm thick German silicone heating pad. The vulcanization work surface
The heating plate provides uniform heat distribution, and after entering the insulation phase, the temperature difference on the working surface is approximately ±2℃.
The heating plate takes approximately 18 minutes to升温 from room temperature to the curing temperature (with a time difference depending on the season and climate). The working temperature is adjustable from 0-300℃, and the edge of the heat plate is equipped with an external temperature detection hole.
Temperature can be checked at any time with a rod-style thermometer (user-provided 0-300℃ thermometer), and the heating plate socket is equipped with a high-quality, custom Comix insulating board.
The insulation board of the vulcanizing machine is made of imported桃花芯veneer, a lightweight and cost-effective material, combined with thick multilayer boards for easy handling and low maintenance costs.
4. Cooling Method: Forced rapid water cooling / natural cooling. Cooling Time: The curing surface temperature from 145℃ during curing work to ≤60℃.
The forced built-in water cooling takes approximately 5 to 15 minutes. (No copper tubes inside the heating plate.)
Direct cool water contact with the aluminum panel sink, quickly reduces temperature, serves as a rapid disassembly tool for the machine), natural cooling time is approximately 240~280 minutes.
5. Pressure System: Utilizes a one-piece pure rubber pressure water bladder for pressure devices, ensuring uniform pressure upward during inflation, with an ultra-light design.
Approximately 70% lighter than traditional old models' heavy hydraulic plates. The pressure system is designed simply.
The plate is uniformly compressed with no leakage or pressure relief between 0~2.0 Mpa.
The pressure supply system utilizes a portable integrated water tank electric booster pump or a high-pressure air pump. The motor of the booster pump is manufactured with 100% pure copper wire.
6. Mechanisms: The double-head small screw and nut clamping mechanisms are made of high-strength, lightweight, hard alloy steel to ensure construction safety, while also facilitating disassembly and transportation, making them suitable for quick on-site assembly.
7. Power Interface: All power interfaces are equipped with a dedicated quick-release design, utilizing imported joint venture brand aviation connectors with self-locking mechanisms for safety, speed, and ease. Input,
