Steel-lined polyethylene (Turtleback lining - steel, mesh, plastic, three-in-one)Offshore PilingUtilizing a special rotational molding process, the steel mesh (tortoise shell) is welded to the steel body surface. Made from pure low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), the steel plate, steel mesh, and polyethylene are integrated into a single unit through rotational molding. The polyethylene is firmly bonded to the steel surface. The plastic layer of the storage tank features seamless joints, resistance to leakage, aging, impact, corrosion, long lifespan, and compliance with hygiene standards. It addresses the shortcomings of PP-welded separation columns, such as poor rigidity, pressure resistance, and aging. The steel-lined separation column can store temperatures below 80°C, with instantaneous temperatures not exceeding 90°C, and is designed for media with a water pressure of 5 kg or less. The inner surface of the steel-lined product is flat, smooth, and sturdy, offering superior corrosion resistance, resistance to leakage, non-peeling, wear resistance, pressure resistance, high-temperature tolerance, and extended lifespan. The separation column can be equipped with PP filter plates, steel-lined plastic filter plates, PP water caps (0.5T-1T), sight glasses, and other accessories as per customer requirements. Design drawings can be customized according to customer specifications.
