Application Range:
Magnetic Filtration Rods (Magnetic Bars) are primarily used for removing ferromagnetic impurities from powders, granules, as well as liquids or slurries. They are widely applicable in industries such as ceramics, electricity, mining, plastics, tobacco, glass, chemicals, rubber, food, pigments, dyes, electronics, and metallurgy.
Operating Principle:
The magnet bar is made from stainless steel tube and high B-value rare earth neodymium iron boron alloy, and is produced using a special manufacturing process. It can be assembled on a mounting bracket to form a magnetic filter. When ferrous materials pass through, they are attracted by the magnet bar, securely adhering to the tube wall of the magnet bar, ensuring the integrity of the equipment and the safety of the product.
Product Features:
Installable at any point on the production line where material contact is required, saving space and easy to install. The magnetic rod uses neodymium-iron-boron rare earth alloy as the magnetic source, offering strong magnetism, simple structure, and long service life. Specifications and styles can be customized according to the customer's usage requirements and the production site conditions.
Special Dot:
Standard cylindrical magnet rod diameter is 25mm (1 inch), length can be customized according to customer requirements, up to 2500mm. Square or other shapes and sizes of magnet rods are also available.
2. Utilize 304 or 316L seamless stainless steel tubing, which can be polished to meet special requirements in food and other industries.
3. Standard operating temperature ≤ 80°C, with special requirements, the operating temperature can reach up to 350°C.
4. Diverse end designs - pointed tips, threaded holes, studs, etc.
5. Utilizing ferrite permanent magnets and different brands of rare earth permanent magnets, we can produce magnetic rods with various surface magnetic flux densities to meet the diverse needs of our customers. The surface magnetic flux density of a D25mm rod can reach up to 13,000 Gauss after adding lubricant.
