Application Range:
Magnetic filter rods (magnetic sticks) are primarily used to remove ferromagnetic impurities from powdery, granular, and liquid or slurry materials. They are widely applicable in industries such as ceramics, electricity, mining, plastics, tobacco, glass, chemicals, rubber, food, pigments, dyes, electronics, and metallurgy.
Operating Principle:
The magnetic rod is made of stainless steel tube and high B-value rare earth alloy neodymium iron boron, produced using a special manufacturing process. It can be assembled on a mounting bracket to form a magnetic filter. When ferrous materials pass through, they are attracted by the magnetic rod, securely adhering to the tube wall of the rod, ensuring the integrity of the equipment and safety of the product.
Product Features:
Can be installed at any position on the production line where it comes into contact with materials, saving space and easy to install. The magnetic rod uses neodymium iron boron alloy as the magnetic source, offering strong magnetic force, simple structure, and long service life. The specifications and styles can be customized according to the customer's requirements and the production site conditions.
Special Dot:
Standard cylindrical magnet rod diameter is 25mm (1 inch), length can be customized to meet customer requirements, up to 2500mm. Square or other shapes and sizes of magnet rods are also available.
2. Utilize 304 or 316L seamless stainless steel tubes, which can be polished to meet special requirements in food and other industries.
3. Standard operating temperature ≤ 80°C, with special requirements, the operating temperature can reach up to 350°C.
4. Diverse end designs – pointed tips, threaded holes, studs, etc.
5. Utilizing ferrite permanent magnets and rare earth magnets of various brands, we can produce magnetic rods with different surface magnetic fields to meet various customer needs. The surface magnetic field of a 25mm magnetic rod can reach up to 13,000 gauss.
