GX-Z900 Vacuum Resistance Bottle Tester. An automated testing instrument for detecting the vacuum resistance performance of PET bottles, in compliance with QB/T2665-2004 and various corporate standards. The instrument achieves this by filling a sealed PET bottle with water and then pumping out the water, creating a vacuum inside the PET bottle. This results in a gradual vacuum increase inside the bottle as the water content is pumped out, until the PET bottle collapses. The moment of collapse is recorded and saved, along with the volume of water pumped out, and the test is complete. The GX-Z900 Vacuum Resistance Bottle Tester is widely used by PET bottle manufacturers and quality inspection agencies due to its simple operation and accurate test results, making it a favorite among scientific research units and producers.
