Overview:
The JB-W300DY microcomputer-controlled low-temperature automatic impact tester is used to measure the performance of metals under dynamic loads to assess their properties under such conditions. It calculates the absorbed work of the sample by displaying the difference in potential energy before and after the pendulum impact on the dial. This machine features a high impact energy, suitable for black metals with high toughness, such as steel and its alloys.
This unit is an integrated low-temperature and impact test machine, equipped with an pneumatic dedicated sample delivery device for automatic sample delivery. It uses the pneumatic face positioning method to center the specimen, ensuring that the sample's cooling time after completing the low-temperature test does not exceed 4 seconds upon exiting the oven, thereby enhancing test accuracy and efficiency. Cooling, temperature control, sample retrieval, hanging, delivery, positioning, and impact are all electrically automated, completing the process automatically. After breaking the specimen, the remaining energy is utilized to automatically lift the pendulum, preparing for the next impact test. This feature is particularly advantageous in laboratories continuously conducting low-temperature impact tests and in metallurgical and mechanical manufacturing facilities that frequently perform such tests.
