The Jinan Chen Da Impact Tester JBW-300B Swing Pendulum Impact Tester is a new generation of high-tech testing equipment developed in accordance with the national standard GB/T3808-2002 "Inspection of Swing Pendulum Impact Testers." It conducts impact tests on metal materials according to the national standard GB/T229-1994 "Metal夏比Notched Impact Test Method." This machine can achieve two levels of impact energy, 300J and 150J, by replacing the pendulum. The cross-sectional area of the specimen used is 10×10mm. It is mainly used for testing black metals with high impact toughness, especially steel and its alloys.

The test principle of this product is to calculate the difference between the potential energy before the pendulum impact and the remaining potential energy after impact, thus obtaining the absorbed work of the tested sample. The equipment can be operated either manually with a control box or automatically by a computer, offering simple operation and high efficiency. It can automatically swing up after the pendulum breaks the sample, with the remaining energy. Test results can be saved and printed. Its superiority is even more evident when conducting continuous impact tests on samples.
