Detailed Description
The WDW-200M (100M) universal material testing machine, a high-precision and versatile material testing machine, is designed for mechanical property testing of various materials such as metals, non-metals, composites, and high polymers. It uses a servo motor, driven by a reduction system, to rotate a precision ball screw, which in turn moves the loading beam up and down to perform tests such as tension, compression, bending, shearing, tearing, peeling, piercing, and bursting on specimens or components. Both the tension and compression spaces can be automatically adjusted by rotating the ball screw to move the middle beam up and down.
A precision closed-loop control system composed of a controller, servo motor, load sensor, displacement sensor, extensometer, and computer can automatically and accurately control the testing process, as well as automatically measure test parameters such as force, displacement, and deformation.
The testing machine can perform tests with constant rate force, constant rate deformation, and constant rate displacement, and can achieve three-segment control of force, deformation, and displacement in a single test, with smooth transitions between controls.
Test parameters are collected and processed by computer, enabling automatic control of the testing process and the automatic calculation of test results. The computer screen displays the test curves and results in real-time, and test reports and curves can be printed.

3. Jig Maintenance and Care
If there is an excessive amount of dust, corrosive smoke, or hazardous substances in the laboratory or surrounding environment, protective measures must be taken for the fixtures.
3.1 Apply molybdenum disulfide grease to the relative motion area of the fixture.
3.2 If the fixture is in an unused state for an extended period, it should undergo routine maintenance:
3.3 Remove the fixture from the testing machine.
3.4 Clean and apply rust preventive oil.
3.5 Wrap the clamping body with oil paper and store it.
