Product Overview:
The WDW-300 microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine is a high-precision, multi-functional material testing machine designed for mechanical property testing of various materials, including metal, non-metal, composite, and polymer materials. It utilizes a servo motor, driven through a reduction system, to rotate precise ball screw, which in turn moves the loading beam up and down, performing tests such as tension, compression, bending, shearing, tearing, peeling, piercing, and bursting on the specimens or components. Both tension and compression spaces can be automatically adjusted by rotating the ball screw to move the middle beam up and down.
A precision closed-loop control system composed of a controller, servo motor, load sensor, displacement sensor, extensometer, and computer, which can automatically and accurately control the testing process and automatically measure test parameters such as force, displacement, and deformation.
The testing machine can perform tests with constant rate force, constant rate deformation, and constant rate displacement, and can achieve three-stage control of force, deformation, and displacement in a single test, with smooth transitions between each control.
Test parameters are collected and processed by a computer, enabling automatic control of the testing process and calculation of test results. The computer screen displays test curves and results in real-time, and test reports and curves can be printed.
