I. Product Introduction
The WAW-600D Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Universal Testing Machine is a general-purpose hydraulic universal testing machine that utilizes hydraulic power sources, electro-hydraulic servo control technology, and computer data collection and processing to achieve high-precision material testing equipment with closed-loop control and automatic detection. It consists of four parts: the main testing machine, oil source (hydraulic power source), measurement and control display system, and testing fixtures. The maximum test force is 600kN, and the accuracy grade of the testing machine is 1.
2. The testing machine is a versatile product featuring a dual testing space structure. The space between the upper and lower beams is for tension, while the space between the lower beam and the test platform is for compression. The testing space automatically adjusts by moving the lower beam up and down via a sprocket and screw mechanism. Both the upper and lower beams are equipped with externally mounted hydraulic wedge clamping jaws. Standard models come with V-shaped and flat blocks for clamping round and flat specimens for tension tests. The bottom of the standard model's lower beam is fitted with an upper pressure plate, and the test platform features a lower pressure plate, allowing direct compression tests on metals and rubbers.

The testing machine should have at least 0.7m of space around it, and its working environment should be clean and dust-free.
Properly installed on a stable foundation, the level is 0.2/1000.
