During the 2-piece can manufacturing process, it is necessary to conduct pressure tests on the can bottom and on the sealed lid. This machine can accurately obtain the pressure resistance performance and parameters of the lid, serving as an arbitration standard for measuring the pressure resistance of the lid and bottom. It can avoid the influence of other factors (such as: uneven inner diameter size of the pressure ring inside the lid when measuring a single lid), and can be used to calibrate other pressure resistance measuring instruments for lids.

Can bottom measurement:Place the empty can sample into the instrument and secure it on the fixture, apply pressure, and increase the pressure to the set value; the rate of pressure increase can be set on the detection instrument. Terminate the sample deformation test, and the instrument displays the high test pressure value.
Bottom of Can Measurement:Seal the lids on two cans, cut off the bottoms of the two cans, and place them in the instrument for measurement. Place the sample on the fixed clamp, apply pressure, and the pressure will rise to the set value; the rate of pressure rise can be set on the detection instrument. The sample deformation test will stop, and the large pressure value will be displayed on the screen.
This unit can detect 2-piece and 3-piece cans.
