Product Introduction
The DY-GJC2 Steel Rule Calibration Device is designed and developed by Taiande Machinery and Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. in accordance with the new JJG4-2015 "Steel Rule Calibration Specification." This calibration device is used for the calibration of steel rules. The calibrator can be used to check the indication error of conventional measuring tools such as steel rule, steel tape rule, depth measurement oil rule, steel hoop rule, fiber rule, and steel plate rule (the steel plate rule can only be used for comparative testing and cannot establish a standard), etc. With a zero-point calibration bench, it can also be used to compare the zero-point deviation of depth measurement oil rules.

2) The main components (weight hammer and handle) are electroplated, featuring a bright and elegant finish.
3) Equipped with a heavy hammer unloading device, it allows for easy control of loading and unloading.
4) Configure a reading microscope for conveniently and clearly displaying the error of the inspected ruler.
5) The reading microscope is equipped with an illumination system, ensuring the image is extremely clear.
6) The reading microscope and lighting equipment are mounted on the measuring cart for easy operation. The cart can be completely removed for convenient storage and maintenance.
7) Using the lower shaft to lift the standard ruler and the inspected ruler eliminates the friction between the ruler belt and the table surface, thereby improving the detection accuracy.

The device utilizes a grating displacement sensor along with a standard steel ruler for data collection of the instrument's measurements. The PLC data processing directly provides the measurement results, thereby reducing manual labor intensity.
