Product Introduction
DY-SJ3000 Grating Indicator Calibration Instrument, an advanced technology product offering cost-effective solutions with high domestic cost-performance ratio.
The DY-SJ3000 Grating Indicator Calibration Instrument utilizes new photoelectric, mechanical, and electronic technologies, along with grating technology, to semi-automatically calibrate various indicators, lever gauges, inside diameter gauges, and special type indicators according to the new national calibration regulations. It automatically processes data in accordance with national metrological calibration regulations, printing calibration records and results. (With the calibration software connected to a computer, all items of calibration data can be saved, queried, modified, and printed, achieving automated management of calibration data and speeding up the calibration process. The instrument can still be used independently with the optional calibration software.) This instrument includes a grating sensor, electronic measurement and control box, calibration fixtures, a micro printer, calibration software, (computer and printer optional or supplied by the user).

Standard Configuration:
1. Strictly comply with the new national metrological regulation for semi-automatic calibration of micrometers, verniers, lever gauges, and inside diameter gauges.
2. Semi-automatic calibration of large-range micrometers (measuring range 0-50mm series) according to the new national calibration regulations.

5. The inspection process features an out-of-tolerance alert function.

With the addition of computer calibration software, the following features are enhanced:
1. Semi-automatic calibration of mechanical comparators and torsion spring comparators (Series B, C)
2. Displayable and printable history records, including tables and curves of inspection point error data, various indicated errors required by the procedures, and the verification results determined according to the procedures.
3. Ability to search and manage calibration records by type of indicator, manufacturer, factory number, inspector, submitting unit, equipment number, calibration date, and validity date.
4. Multiple records can be selected from the database to batch print calibration records or calibration certificates.
5. The calibration data can be output to a Word document.
6. Features backup and restore database functions.
