GX-CLT-100 Can Leak Tester

GX-CLT-100 Canned Product Leak Tester is used to inspect for leaks in 3-piece cans, capable of measuring one round can per test.

Testing Method: Clamp and seal the opening of the sample can with a pressure plate (automatically completed by the machine), immerse the can in a water bath, apply a certain test internal pressure to the can, and observe whether bubbles form on the exterior wall of the can and at the seams. If bubbles continue to form, it indicates a leakage in the can. The device can measure cans of various diameters and heights. It is an essential instrument for can manufacturing companies and companies in the canned food, beverage, dairy, biological, and pharmaceutical industries.

With a simple twist of the control handle, the pneumatic lift mechanism quickly and automatically immerses and raises the sample jar to and from the water surface.

Under inflation and pressure, the sample drum can be rotated 360 degrees, making it easy to observe the top, bottom, and side seams of the drum.
