One. Structural Features of External Semi-tubular Reactor
The outer half-cylinder reactor is composed of a cylinder, top and bottom heads, outer half-cylinder, stirrer, bottom support and transmission unit, shaft seal unit, etc. The cylinder and heads are sealed with large flanges or directly welded together. The lower part of the cylinder features a discharge valve and heating tubes. The top head has inlet, vacuum, distillation, observation, temperature measurement, and safety venting ports. A bracket connection seat is welded on top, which is equipped with brackets, shaft seals, reducers, and motors. The outer half-cylinder has openings for oil inlet and outlet, temperature measurement, venting valves, and other connection ports. Due to the varying production processes and operating conditions of users, there are different requirements for the process ports on the top head, stirrer type, support type, and sealing devices.
