The reactor consists of the reactor body, cover, agitator, electric heating oil clamp, support and transmission device, shaft seal, oil overflow trough, etc., and is equipped with electric heating rods and temperature and pressure gauges. Due to varying production processes and operating conditions among users, the agitator types generally include anchor, paddle, turbine, propeller, or frame styles. The support bases come in suspended or supported types. Thermal oil is placed inside the jacket, heated by electric heating rods, and the jacket is provided with inlet, outlet, overflow measurement, venting, and electric heating rod, and temperature measurement connection holes. The jacket exterior is welded with supports, and the bottom of the reactor has an outlet. The reactor is equipped with a safety valve using a bursting diaphragm, which has a small bursting value error, fast exhaust speed, and is safe and reliable. All valves on the reactor use needle valves with reciprocating shut-off, ensuring reliable and durable sealing. The valves are installed reasonably, allowing for smooth release without dead corners. Heating method: Electric heating is used. Electric heating, liquid heating, or dual electric-liquid heating types can also be provided according to customer requirements. Control system: Equipped with relevant intelligent control instruments, which use intelligent digital control meters to provide data collection and control of motor speed, reactor internal reaction temperature and pressure, featuring high precision, easy operation, and strong anti-interference capability.
