The reactor consists of the reactor body, lid, stirrer, electric heating oil jacket, support and transmission unit, shaft seal, oil overflow trough, etc., and is equipped with electric heating rods and temperature and pressure gauges. Due to the varying production processes and operating conditions of users, the types of stirring are generally anchor, paddle, turbine, propeller, or frame. The support bases come in suspended or supported types. The heat-conducting oil is placed inside the jacket, heated by electric heating rods, and the jacket has intake, discharge, overflow measurement, venting, and electric heating rod and temperature measurement ports. The jacket outer wall is welded with supports, and the reactor bottom is equipped with a discharge outlet. The reactor is fitted with a safety valve, which uses a bursting diaphragm with small bursting value error, rapid exhaust speed, and is safe and reliable. The valves on the reactor are of needle type, with reciprocating shut-off, providing reliable and durable sealing. The valves are installed reasonably, ensuring smooth discharge without dead spots. Heating method: Electric heating is used. Electric heating, liquid heating, or electric-liquid dual heating types can also be provided according to customer requirements. Control System: Equipped with relevant intelligent control instruments, which utilize intelligent digital control meters to provide data collection and control for motor speed, reactor internal reaction temperature and pressure, etc. It features high precision, easy operation, and strong anti-interference ability.
