One. Structural Features of the External Semi-tube Type Reactor
The external half-tube reaction kettle is mainly composed of the cylinder, top and bottom covers, external half-tube, agitator, bottom support and transmission unit, shaft seal unit, etc. The cylinder and covers are sealed with large flanges or directly welded together. The lower part of the cylinder is equipped with a discharge valve and heating pipes. The top cover features an inlet, vacuum, distillation, sight glass observation, temperature measurement, and safety venting ports. Bracket connection seats are welded on top, where brackets, shaft seals, reducers, and motors are mounted. The external half-tube has openings for oil inlet and outlet, temperature measurement, venting valves, and other pipeline connections. Due to varying production processes and operating conditions among customers, there are different requirements for the top cover process openings, agitator type, support type, and sealing devices.
