The nylon synthetic reactor is used for producing organic polymer spheres, featuring a slender reactor body and a set of replaceable box-type or paddle-type stirrers installed within. During the polymerization mixing process, the linear velocity differences of the fluid inside the reactor at various points along the axes are minimal, resulting in a more uniform particle size of the polymer monomers. Additionally, the stirrers designed in this utility make the flow velocities of the various fluid layers inside the reactor more uniform.
Key equipment for preparing molecular compounds. Typically, a vertical cylindrical autoclave with a jacket for passing steam or cold water to heat or cool.
A horizontal blade-type stirrer with stainless steel blades, designed for emulsion polymerization, is driven by an electric motor through a transmission and reducer. It can operate in either batch or continuous, multi-reactor串联 production during polymerization. The reactants enter from the bottom of one reactor and exit to the top of the next. The reactor is equipped with instruments for temperature and pressure, as well as feed and discharge ports. For bulk polymerization, the reactor does not contain a stirrer and is not connected in series.
