Mechanical seal low-pressure reactors are suitable for vacuum and low-pressure operating conditions, mainly composed of the reactor body, lid, jacket, agitator, transmission unit, mechanical seal unit, agitation unit, heating and cooling equipment, and supports. Corresponding auxiliary equipment includes fractionating column, condenser, separator, collection tank, filter, and more.
The reactor structure can be designed to be open or closed, vertical or horizontal, with or without jacketed construction. The jacket bodies are mainly categorized into integral jackets, detachable jackets, and semi-circular tube jackets. Agitators come in anchor, frame, paddle, turbine, scraper, and modular types. The rotational mechanism can utilize harmonic drive reducer, gear reducer, variable speed reducer, or frequency conversion control, meeting the special reaction requirements of various materials. Heating and cooling can be achieved using jackets, semi-tubes, coil pipes, Miller plates, etc. Heating methods typically include electric heating, circulating water heating, thermal oil circulating heating, steam heating, far-infrared heating, external/internal coil pipe heating, jacket cooling, and釜 inner coil pipe cooling.
The material for the vessel body of mechanical seal low-pressure reactors can be carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, nickel and nickel alloys, zirconium, metal composite panels, etc.
