Product Introduction
The temperature-controlled cooling tank is primarily composed of the refrigeration system, heating system, temperature control system, and agitation system. The tank is divided into a mixing area and a working area. In the mixing area, the cooling generated by the refrigeration system cools down the liquid (medium) in the tank through the evaporator. The temperature control system then adjusts the heater based on the temperature readings from the sensors. After that, the liquid (medium) is vigorously mixed and uniformly blended by the agitation system before being sent to the working area, which is minimally affected by external disturbances. This results in a liquid space with stable temperature and uniform thermal field.
Product Features
The DY-RTS05 Refrigerating Constant-Temperature Bath (0℃~95℃) is a high-precision automatic temperature verification equipment with excellent temperature control accuracy, uniform temperature field, good stability, and easy operation. It employs a fully enclosed refrigeration system with a compressor, and both the outer shell and inner pot are made of stainless steel. The product is used by metrological departments for first and second-class standard thermometers, as well as Beckman thermometers. It is also suitable for the verification of industrial platinum resistance thermometers and standard copper-constantan thermocouples. Additionally, it can serve as a high-precision heat and cold source for production and scientific research. The Refrigerating Constant-Temperature Bath is a high-precision automatic digital temperature verification device with good temperature stability, uniform temperature field, and high temperature control accuracy. The refrigeration system uses a fully enclosed refrigeration unit, featuring low noise, high reliability, and long lifespan. The digital temperature controller achieves automatic temperature control according to the PID regulation, with a compact structure, easy operation, and direct reading of the bath temperature. It is applicable for physical parameter detection in various departments such as metrology, biochemistry, petrology, meteorology, energy, environmental protection, and pharmaceuticals, as well as for manufacturers producing thermometers and temperature controllers. It can also provide a constant-temperature source for other experimental research work.
