Product Description
The refrigeration thermostatic bath is primarily composed of a refrigeration system, a heating system, a temperature control system, and a stirring system. The tank is divided into a mixing zone and a working zone. In the mixing zone, the cooling generated by the refrigeration system is used by the evaporator to lower the temperature of the liquid (medium) inside the tank. The temperature control system then regulates the heater based on the temperature readings from the sensors. After that, the liquid (medium) is thoroughly mixed and homogenized through the vigorous stirring of the stirring system and then sent to the working zone, which is minimally affected by external disturbances. This results in a liquid space with stable temperature and uniform temperature field.
Product Features
The DY-RTS60 Refrigerating Constant-Temperature Bath (-60℃ to 105℃) is a high-precision automatic temperature measuring device with excellent temperature control accuracy, uniform temperature field, good stability, and easy operation. It employs a fully enclosed refrigeration system with a compressor and is made of full stainless steel for both the outer shell and inner pot. The product is used by metrological departments for first and second-class standard thermometers, as well as Beckman thermometers. It is also suitable for industrial platinum resistance thermometers and standard copper-constantan thermocouple calibration. Additionally, it can serve as a high-precision thermal and cold source for production and scientific research. The refrigerating constant-temperature bath is a high-precision automatic digital temperature measuring device with good temperature stability, uniform temperature field, and high temperature control accuracy. The refrigeration system uses a fully enclosed refrigeration unit, featuring low noise, high reliability, and long lifespan. The digital temperature controller achieves automatic temperature control according to the PID control law, with a compact structure, easy operation, and direct reading of the bath temperature. It is applicable to various departments such as metrology, biochemistry, petrology, meteorology, energy, environmental protection, and pharmaceuticals, as well as manufacturers of thermometers and temperature controllers for physical parameter detection, and can provide a constant-temperature source for other experimental research work.
