Product Features

1. The equipment features multiple independent standard channels for measuring standard platinum resistance (Pt25) and standard thermocouples.

2. The equipment features multiple inspection channels for testing industrial PT100 and 8 types of thermocouples K, E, J, T, B, N, R, S.

3. Channels are selectable; choose between single or multi-channel based on your requirements. You can manually switch channels or operate in patrol mode.

4. The equipment is divided into three modes – Resistance Mode, Thermocouple Mode, and Temperature Transmitter Mode.

5. Real-time display of resistance value, battery level, temperature value, and fluctuation value.

6. Achievable data recording, exporting, and storage.

7. Multi-channel curve display function, which can dynamically show the test status of 1-8 inspected channels in real-time based on the current display state.

8. Users can customize segment adjustments for the sensor.

9. The equipment is compatible with a dry furnace, standard sensors, and spare check sensors. It is equipped with a small-scale supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system, enabling real-time control of the dry furnace temperature setting, the current temperature value of the inspected standard and sensor, resistance values, and fluctuation curve.
