Operating Principle
Fuel is burned in the burner to produce high-temperature flue gas. This flue gas is then used to heat the air in a hot air furnace equipped with enhanced heat exchange measures. After releasing heat, the high-temperature flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere at a reduced temperature of 250°C. The air to be heated is forced into the hot air furnace through an optional blower, and after absorbing heat, it is delivered from the hot air outlet at the specified temperature. When the hot air temperature reaches the upper limit, the burner automatically stops burning or switches to a low flame. When the hot air temperature falls below the lower limit, the burner reignites and operates again or switches to a high flame. The rate of temperature increase can be adjusted by opening the air inlet valve.
