Operating Principle
This furnace combines combustion and heat exchange, utilizing indirect heating technology at the high-temperature sections of the furnace body. Smoke and air follow separate paths, ensuring absolutely pollution-free heating.
High thermal efficiency (up to 60-75%), quick heating, compact size, easy installation, reliable operation, and low cost (this heating system is only half the price of a ton boiler's heating system).
Performance Features
The furnace has implemented high-temperature resistance measures, significantly extending its lifespan compared to tube-type hot air furnaces. It features longitudinal smoke washing of the heat exchanger fins and negative pressure exhaust, ensuring no dust accumulation in the heat exchange area, eliminating the need for cleaning, and maintaining stable thermal performance. It can be fueled with various types of coal or firewood, and is equipped with a secondary air intake system for complete combustion. The technical and economic indicators of this furnace meet the domestic standards.
Suitable materials
This furnace is a universal hot-air unit, designed to be paired with various drying equipment. It is used for heating and moisture removal in agricultural products like grains, seeds, feed, fruits, dehydrated vegetables, mushrooms, wood ear, silver ear, tea, tobacco leaves, and other food, pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, and products from light and heavy industries. It can also be applied for heating various facilities and for moisture control in storage warehouses.

Attention Required
The environmental base temperature standard is set at 18℃±2℃, with the calorific value of coal calculated at 5000 Kcal/kg.
The hot air temperature in the table is determined by the output air volume. The hot air furnace JRF4 model can reach temperatures of up to 200℃ or more, while the JRF5 and JRF6 models can achieve temperatures of up to 300℃ or more (special manufacturing can reach above 500℃), with adjustments made as per user requirements.
Flue height configuration for hot blast stove: JRF4 model is 3-5 meters, JRF and JRF6 models are 5-8 meters.
◎The outer dimensions at corresponding positions in the table are shown in the hot air furnace installation diagram.
The refractory lining on the inner side wall of the furnace bottom starts from the grate area, with a height of: JRF4-4 model is 0.5 meters, available for on-site installation.
The JRF6 model is a chain grate combustion device.
