The Three-in-One Single Conical Screw Conical Vacuum Dryer is a machine that uses a screw conveyor to rotate and elevate the material, while simultaneously introducing a heat transfer medium (such as hot water, thermal oil, steam, etc.) into the cone jacket and hollow screw conveyor. This causes the heated material to be lifted from all sides and fall from the center, rapidly and continuously reversing. The vacuum inside the cylinder removes moisture promptly, achieving drying and mixing of the material in a short time. Compared to traditional vertical mixers, the cylinder has no传动机构, eliminating the risk of material contamination due to lubricant leakage. It operates reliably and stably, particularly suitable for high-sanitary requirements in powder and granule mixing. It is also ideal for mixing viscous fluids or materials primarily in a thick, moist state. Compared to other horizontal dryers, it features easy discharge, 100% complete discharge capability, and ease of operation and maintenance. Its drying efficiency is 3-5 times that of the same-sized "Double Conical Rotating Vacuum Dryer."

Wide application range, suitable for mixing powders with powders, powders with liquids, and can also be used as reaction equipment and drying equipment.

◆ Optional spray nozzles can be added according to customer requirements to spray a suitable amount of liquid into the material.

◆Speed can be adjusted according to process requirements. At lower speeds, the drying function is predominant; at higher speeds, the mixing function takes the lead. Therefore, by using this equipment, the original need for two separate devices can now be combined into one, saving costs.

● Each sealing point is specially designed. The shaft seal is a double-face mechanical seal.

● Filter materials are 304 or 316L stainless steel, sintered wire mesh or sintered plate, and metal sintered plate. Selection available from 3um to 50um according to customer requirements.

●The stirrer shaft speed is adjustable between 1-10 RPM via a variable frequency converter.

●In-situ cleaning, in-situ vacuum sampling, and steam sterilization. Prevents product contamination and is more compliant with "GMP" requirements.

Operational Features

● Filtration Stage: Separation of product and mother liquor (vacuum filtration). Filter cake thickness can reach 200-500mm.

● Washing Stage: The filter cake is further purified, the mother liquor is cleaned, and pre-drying is performed. The filter cake and washing liquid are mixed through the impeller blades, ultimately forming a slurry.

The slurry cake is thoroughly washed.

● Drying Stage: After the filter cake is dehydrated, it is loosened through rotation. Simultaneously, the jacketed steam heats the inner wall, warming the filter cake through thermal conduction to rapidly evaporate moisture, achieving the drying effect. Evaporation speed is accelerated by vacuuming within the equipment. By introducing treated hot nitrogen gas and other mediums, the evaporated moisture is removed, which can speed up the drying process and enhance the drying efficiency.

Note: Adding a mixing device to the equipment can complete the crystallization process under certain conditions, truly achieving integrated operation. It also makes it easier to thoroughly mix the filter cake and washing liquid during the washing stage, resulting in a more thorough cleaning.
