Product Introduction
The DWC Dehydration Dryer is a specialized equipment developed based on the traditional belt dryer, featuring strong specificity, practicality, and high energy efficiency. It is widely applicable for the dehydration and drying of various regional and seasonal vegetables and fruits, such as garlic slices, pumpkin, konjac, white radish, yam, bamboo shoots, etc. When manufacturing equipment for our customers, we design and produce suitable vegetable drying equipment based on the characteristics of the products to be dried, the customer's process requirements, and our decades of accumulated experience.
Operating Principle
The vegetable dehydrator is composed of main components such as the feeder, drying bed, heat exchanger, and moisture exhaust fan. During operation, cold air is heated through the heat exchanger, utilizing a scientifically and reasonably designed circulation method. This allows for even heat and mass transfer as the hot air passes through the dried material on the bed surface. Inside the unit, the hot air circulates within each compartment due to the action of the circulation fan, ultimately expelling air with low temperature and high humidity, thus completing the drying process smoothly and efficiently.
Performance Features
The drying area, wind pressure, airflow, drying temperature, and conveyor belt speed are all adjustable to accommodate the characteristics and quality requirements of vegetables.
Vegetable characteristics can be accommodated by employing various process flows and adding necessary auxiliary equipment.
Material adaptable
Capable of drying various vegetable materials such as roots, stems, leaves in rod, block, sheet, and large granular forms, in large quantities and continuously. Simultaneously, it can retain the product's nutritional components and color to the maximum extent.
Typical dried materials include: sliced garlic, pumpkin, carrots, konjac, yam, bamboo shoots, ginger root, onions, apples, etc.
