Product Introduction
This machine is a continuous-flow drying equipment, designed for drying permeable sheet, strip, and granular materials. It is particularly suitable for materials with high moisture content, such as dehydrated vegetables and herbal medicine slices, where high temperatures are not permitted. The series features fast drying speed, high evaporation intensity, and high-quality product output. It can also dry paste-like materials in the form of dewatered filter cakes after granulation or molding into rods.
Operating Principle
Materials are evenly spread on a conveyor belt by a dosing feeder, typically using a 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, which is driven by a transmission device within the dryer. The dryer is composed of several units, each with an independent hot air circulation. Part of the exhaust gas is discharged through a dedicated moisture-removing fan, while the exhaust gas is controlled by a regulating valve. Hot air passes through the belt covered with materials from bottom to top or top to bottom, facilitating the heat and mass transfer process and removing the moisture from the materials. The belt moves slowly, and the operating speed can be freely adjusted according to the material temperature. The dried finished products continuously fall into the collection receiver. The upper and lower circulating units can be flexibly equipped according to customer requirements, and the number of units can also be selected as needed.
