Operating Principle
Heated and purified air is introduced from the bottom by the induced draft fan, passing through the perforated plate of the hopper. Inside the chamber, it forms a fluidized bed due to stirring and vacuum action, with moisture rapidly evaporating and carried away with the exhaust, resulting in quick drying of the material.
Performance Features
The fluidized bed is circular in structure to avoid dead corners.
The hopper is set to mix, preventing clumping of moist materials and channeling during drying.
Utilizing tilting unloading for grains, it ensures quick and thorough unloading. Customized automatic feeding and unloading systems can also be designed as required.
Sealed vacuum operation, air flow is filtered. Easy to operate, easy to clean.
Fast drying speed, uniform temperature; typical drying time per batch is 20-30 minutes, depending on the material.
Suitable material
Mechanical screw extrusion granules, oscillating granules, wet high-speed mixing granules.
Drying of wet granules and powdered materials in pharmaceuticals, food, feed, and chemical industries.
Large granular, small chunky, and sticky granule materials.
Edible kamut and other materials with volume changes during drying.
