Product Introduction
Flashing Dryer, also known as a fluidized bed dryer, consists of an air filter, a heater, the main boiling bed unit, a cyclone separator, a bag dust collector, a high-pressure centrifugal fan, and operating controls.The table assembly can be equipped with dust removal systems according to the properties of the dry materials. Options include both cyclone separators and bag dust collectors, or just one type. Generally, for materials with higher specific gravity like powders and granules, a cyclone separator is sufficient. For lighter, fine-grained and powdered materials, a bag dust collector is necessary, along with options for pneumatic feeding systems and belt conveyors.
Pelletized solid materials are added to the fluidized bed dryer by a feeder. The filtered clean air, heated by a blower, is sent to the bottom of the fluidized bed, where it comes into contact with the solid materials through a distribution plate, achieving fluidization and heat and mass transfer between gas and solid. After drying, the material is discharged through the discharge port, and the waste gas is released from the top of the boiling bed, passing through a cyclone dust collector and a bag dust collector to recover the solid powder before being exhausted.
Steam, electricity, and hot air furnaces are available for use (as per customer requirements).
Operating Principle
Clean hot air is distributed into the bed body through valve plates, where wet material entering from the feeder is converted into a boiling state by the hot air. Due to the extensive contact between the hot air and the material, the heat and mass transfer process is enhanced, allowing for drying in a shorter period of time. In a continuous process, the material enters at one end of the bed, undergoes boiling drying in a few seconds to several minutes, and then automatically exits at the other end. This equipment typically operates under vacuum.
Material compatibility
Medicinal drugs, chemical raw materials, food, grain processing, and feed drying operations. Such as: active pharmaceutical ingredients, granules for tablets, Chinese medicine extracts, health foods, beverage extracts, corn germ, feed, plastic resins, citric acid, and other powdered materials' drying and dehumidification. The applicable particle size is generally 0.1～6mm, with the optimal size being 0.5～3mm.
Installation Instructions
All equipment must be placed flat and securely fastened with bottom foot screws, with all parts sealed well.
The fan can be placed outdoors or in a self-built soundproof room. The flat layout can be adjusted as needed based on specific circumstances.
