Product Overview
The SZG Double-conical Vacuum Dryer is our factory's new generation drying equipment developed by combining the technology of similar domestic products. The double-conical vacuum employs a belt-chain two-elastic connection method, ensuring smooth operation of the equipment. The specially designed process fully demonstrates the good concentricity of the two shafts, with the heat medium and vacuum system both utilizing reliable mechanical seals or U.S. technology rotating joints. On this basis, we have developed the SZG-A, which features both stepless speed adjustment and constant temperature control.
As a professional manufacturer of drying equipment, our products cover a full range from high-temperature thermal oil as the heat medium, to medium-temperature steam and low-temperature hot water. For drying sticky materials, we will specially design a "scraping blade" mechanism or install ball bearings inside the tank for you.
Operating Principle
Heat energy (such as hot water, low-pressure steam, or heat transfer oil) is introduced into the sealed sandwich layer, where the heat is transferred to the material to be dried through the inner shell.
Under power drive, the drum rotates slowly, continuously mixing the material inside to achieve the purpose of enhanced drying.
The material is in a vacuum state, causing the steam pressure to drop and the moisture (solvent) on the surface of the material to reach saturation and evaporate, which is then promptly removed and recycled by the vacuum pump. The moisture (solvent) inside the material continuously penetrates, evaporates, and is expelled, with these three processes occurring continuously. The material achieves the drying goal in a very short time.

Material Compatible
Suitable for the concentration, mixing, drying, and low-temperature drying of powders, granules, and fibers in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and food, particularly for materials that are prone to oxidation, volatility, heat sensitivity, strong irritation, toxicity, and those that require the preservation of crystal structures.
