Operating Principle:

The packet-grabbing robot picks up materials from the tray and feeds them onto a leveling conveyor for bag flattening. It then elevates the materials to the entry of the unpacking machine. As the material bags fall under gravity, an in-built cutting device on the equipment opens them. Subsequently, an automatic shake bag device ensures the materials are fully unloaded. The materials are then sifted through a vibration sieve and transported to the next process. The discarded bags are flipped by the automatic shake bag device into the waste bag collection area, pushed into the waste bag collector by an air-powered pusher, completing the entire intelligent feeding process.
