Overview
This equipment occupies minimal space, reduces civil engineering costs, and transports raw materials using a vacuum-assisted reverse feeding method. It not only lowers material handling costs but also significantly reduces dust pollution. It provides a fully automated, environmentally friendly blending solution, compatible with equipment such as extruders, mixers, and is widely used in industries like rubber, plastic, food, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and masterbatch.
This equipment is operated by computer, allowing for the input of formulas and relevant parameters for various products, after which the device can be activated. It automatically measures and sends the raw materials in accordance with the formula to the storage bin, where they wait for the signal from the lower equipment to dispense. Once the dispensing is complete, the next batch's measurement process is initiated immediately. The system records all data, including the batch formula weights and cumulative usage values during the weighing process, for later verification.

System Features
The MES features include inventory control for raw materials in and out of storage tanks, formula setup, production scheduling, batch production records, barcode records, formula records during execution, production order consumption records, and exception message record inquiries; and it also provides a manual interface to accept and upload production orders and other data from the upper ERP system (refer to data import/export instructions). This enables connection with other management systems, achieving a seamless link between on-site production management and the enterprise management system.
