Overview
This equipment occupies minimal space, reducing civil engineering costs. It utilizes a negative pressure reverse conveying method for raw materials, which not only lowers transportation costs but also significantly reduces dust pollution. It provides a fully automated and environmentally friendly batching solution, compatible with equipment such as kneaders and mixers for efficient production. It is widely used in industries such as rubber, plastic, food, electronics, medicine, and masterbatch.
This equipment is operated by computer, allowing you to input formulas and relevant parameters for various products. After initiating the device, it automatically measures and sends the ingredients according to the formula to the storage bin, waiting for the equipment below to signal for the next batch. Once the unloading is complete, the next batch's weighing process is automatically initiated. The system records the weighing values and cumulative usage of each batch during the process for future reference.

System Functionality
MES features include storage tank raw material inventory control, formula setup, production scheduling, batch production records, barcode records, formula records during execution, production order consumption records, and exception message inquiry. It also provides a manual interface to receive and upload production orders and other data from the upper ERP system (refer to data import/export instructions) to achieve connectivity with other management systems, bridging on-site production management with the enterprise management system.
