Bulk Bag Unloading Station

Overview
Tote bag unloading stations are designed for the disassembly and unloading of bulk bags, lifting the bags to the feed opening with forklifts or overhead cranes, then compressing them. After manually or automatically opening the packaging bag's discharge mouth, the flow control valve and the accompanying vibration or impact device are activated to allow the contents inside to fall under gravity into the lower hopper. Widely used in industries such as food, batteries, petrochemicals, feed, and plastics, they are simple in structure, easy to operate, and offer great value for money.
