Scope of Function
The SR16-CD Miniature Ingredient Scale is designed for measurement and batching, capable of simultaneously weighing and proportioning dozens of small-scale raw materials. It offers a service solution for batching multiple small ingredients at once, catering to the complex measurement and blending requirements of intricate formulas. Mainly used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Structure and Principle
SR16-CDIncluding material hoists, batching hoppers, HT28-38 feeders, modular weighing scales, rejecters, manual batching scales, heat-sealing machines, dust removal systems, industrial control computers, and MES software integration, forming an intelligent small material batching system.
Materials are manually fed into the storage warehouse, featuring barcode-enabled anti-dumb opening function. The BVS89-50 feed machine is driven by an intelligent controller, which performs high-speed calculations in the weight processing module, compares the weighing values with the calibration values, and provides real-time feedback and adjustments to the feed machine output to ensure each batch of material meets precision within ±0.2% error. Modular design, flexible configuration, and adaptable to various scenarios.
Operating Principle
Multiple feeding machines on this equipment can operate simultaneously. The feeding conveyor will automatically transfer the filled buckets from the previous weighing station to the next. Operators simply place empty buckets on the conveyor at the machine entrance and retrieve the weighed batch materials (filled buckets) at the conveyor's exit. Below the conveyor, there is a fixed base for the weighing platforms, all of which are securely mounted on the base. The base is equipped with an automatic lifting mechanism. When the filled buckets are transported to the weighing platform, the platform rises to lift the buckets for measurement. After the weighing is complete at this station, the platform descends and moves away from the bucket, and the bucket is then sent to the next station.
