Function Scope
The DR8-IPD Micro Scale Feeder is used for measurement and batching, capable of simultaneously weighing and proportioning dozens of small-scale raw materials. It offers a service solution for batching multiple small ingredients at once, meeting the batching and mixing needs of complex formulas. Mainly used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Structure Principle
The DR8-IPD package includes a material hoist, feed hopper, HT28-38 feeding machine, modular weighing scale, de-nester, manual dosing scale, heat-sealing machine, dust removal system, industrial control computer, and MES software suite, forming an integrated intelligent small material batching system.
Materials are manually loaded into the storage bin, featuring a barcode opening function to prevent errors. An intelligent controller drives the BVS89-50 feeding machine, with the weight processing module performing high-speed calculations, comparing the weighing values with the calibrated values, and providing real-time feedback and corrections to the feeding machine's output, ensuring the accuracy of each batch of material is ±0.2% error. Modular design, flexible configuration, and adaptable to various scenario requirements.
Working Principle
Multiple feeding machines on this equipment can operate simultaneously. The feeding conveyor will automatically send the completed weighing buckets from the previous measuring station to the next one. Operators simply place empty weighing buckets on the conveyor at the machine entrance and retrieve the weighed formula materials (buckets) at the conveyor exit. Below the conveyor, there is a fixed base for the weighing platform, with all platforms securely mounted on the base. The base is equipped with an automatic lifting mechanism. When the weighing buckets are transported to the platform above, the platform rises to lift the buckets for measurement. After the measurement at this station is complete, the platform descends and moves away from the bucket, and the bucket is then sent to the next station.
