Scope of Functions
Microingredient scales are used for measurement and batching, capable of simultaneously weighing and proportioning dozens of small-scale raw materials. They offer a service solution for batching multiple small ingredients at once, meeting the needs of complex formula measurement and mixing. Primarily used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Structural Principles
Including material hoists, feed bins, HT28-38 feeders, modular weighing scales, rejecters, manual blending scales, heat-seal machines, dust extraction systems, industrial control computers, and MES software integration, to form a complete intelligent small material batching system.
Materials are manually fed into the storage warehouse, equipped with a barcode scanning function to prevent errors. The BVS89-50 feed machine is driven by an intelligent controller, which processes weight handling modules at high speed, compares the weighing values with calibrated values, and provides real-time feedback and adjustment to the feed machine's output, ensuring each batch of formula material has an accuracy within ±0.2% error. Modular design, flexible configuration, adaptable to various scenario requirements.
Working Principle
Multiple feeding machines on this equipment can operate simultaneously. The feeding conveyor will automatically transport the filled buckets from the previous weighing station to the next. Operators simply place empty buckets on the conveyor at the machine entry and retrieve the weighed batch materials (filled buckets) at the conveyor exit. Under the conveyor, there is a fixed base for the weighing platform, with all platforms securely mounted on it. The base features an automatic lifting mechanism. When the buckets are transported to the weighing platform, the platform rises to lift and weigh the buckets. After the weighing at this station is complete, the platform descends and moves away from the buckets, which are then transported to the next station.
