Function Scope
The DR8-CD-GL Micro Batch Scale is designed for metering and batching, capable of simultaneously weighing and proportioning dozens of small-quantity raw materials. It offers a service solution for batching multiple small ingredients at once, meeting the complex batching and mixing requirements of intricate formulas. Primarily used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Structure Principle
The DR8-CD-GL微量配料称 includes a material lifting machine, feeding hopper, BVS89-50 feeder, modular weighing scale, sorter, manual dosing scale, heat-sealing machine, dust removal system, industrial control computer, and MES software package, forming a complete intelligent small material batching system.
Materials are manually fed into the storage bin, featuring a barcode opening function to prevent errors. An intelligent controller drives the BVS89-50 feeding machine, with the weight processing module performing high-speed calculations, comparing the weighing values with the calibrated values, and providing real-time feedback and corrections to the feeding machine output to ensure each batch of material meets a precision of ±0.2% error. Modular design, flexible configuration, and adaptable to various scenario requirements.
Operating Principle
Multiple feeders on this equipment can operate simultaneously. The feeding conveyor will automatically transfer the filled buckets from the previous weighing station to the next one. Operators simply place empty buckets on the conveyor at the machine entrance and retrieve the filled formula materials (buckets) at the conveyor exit. Below the conveyor, there is a fixed base for the weighing platforms, all of which are mounted on the base. The base is equipped with an automatic lifting mechanism. When the buckets are transported to the weighing platform, the platform rises to lift the buckets for measurement. After the measurement at this station is complete, the platform descends away from the bucket, and the bucket is then transported to the next station.
