Scope of Function
The DR8-CD-VSM Micro Ingredient Scale is designed for measurement and batching, capable of simultaneously weighing and batching dozens of small proportion raw materials. It offers a service solution for batching multiple small ingredients at once, meeting the batching and mixing requirements of complex formulas. Primarily used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Structural Principles
The DR8-CD-VSM package includes a material hoist, feeding bin, HT28-38 feeder, modular weighing scale, rejector, manual batching scale, heat-sealing machine, dust removal system, industrial control computer, and MES software, forming an intelligent small material batching system.
Materials are manually fed into the storage bin, equipped with a barcode opening function to prevent errors. An intelligent controller drives the BVS89-50 feeding machine, the weight processing module performs high-speed calculations, compares the weighing value with the calibration value, and provides real-time feedback and adjustment to the feeding machine's output, ensuring each batch of formula material has an accuracy of ±0.2% error. Modular design, flexible configuration, adaptable to various scenario requirements.
Operating Principle
Multiple feeding machines on this equipment can operate simultaneously. The feeding conveyor will automatically transfer the filled buckets from the previous weighing station to the next one. Operators only need to place empty buckets on the conveyor at the machine's entry, and then collect the weighed formula materials (filled buckets) at the conveyor's exit. Under the conveyor, there is a fixed base for the weighing platform, with all platforms securely mounted on the base. The base has an automatic lifting mechanism. When the buckets are transported to the platform, the platform rises to lift the buckets for measurement. After the measurement at this station is complete, the platform lowers and moves away from the buckets, and the buckets are then sent to the next station.
