Scope of Functions
The SR-12-CD Micro Material Scale is designed for measuring and batching, capable of simultaneously measuring and batching dozens of small-scale ingredients. It offers various service solutions for simultaneous batching of multiple small materials, meeting the needs of complex formulation batching and mixing. Primarily used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Structural Principles
SR-12-CDIncluding material hoists, feed bins, HT28-38 feeders, modular weighing scales, rejectors, manual blending scales, heat-sealing machines, dust removal systems, industrial control computers, and MES software integration, forming a complete intelligent small material batching system.
Materials are manually fed into the storage warehouse, equipped with a barcode scanning function to prevent errors. The smart controller drives the BVS89-50 feeder, processes weight handling modules at high speed, compares weighing values with calibration values, and provides real-time feedback and adjustments to the feeder's output, ensuring each batch of formula material has an accuracy of ±0.2% error. Modular design, flexible configuration, adaptable to different scenario requirements.
Working Principle
Multiple feeders on this equipment can operate simultaneously. The feeding conveyor automatically delivers the filled buckets from the previous weighing station to the next. Operators simply place empty buckets on the conveyor at the machine's entrance and retrieve the weighed batch materials (filled buckets) at the exit end. Below the conveyor, there is a fixed base for the weighing platform. All platforms are secured to the base, which features an automatic lifting mechanism. When the buckets are transported to the platform, it rises to lift and weigh the buckets. After the weighing is complete at this station, the platform descends and moves away from the buckets, and the buckets are then sent to the next station.
