Mr. Yan's CAD mechanical drafting training covers two core modules: software operation skills and mechanical drafting standards, aiming to cultivate students' ability to independently complete engineering drawings.
In CAD engineering drawings, designers can utilize a rich set of drawing tools and commands, such as lines, circles, rectangles, and other basic graphic elements, as well as more complex features like curves and surfaces, to construct design objects. Additionally, CAD software offers powerful editing functions like move, rotate, zoom, copy, and more, allowing designers to easily modify and optimize their designs. Furthermore, CAD engineering drawings emphasize the annotation and description of graphics, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of design information through dimension annotations and textual descriptions.
CAD and Mechanical Drawing Training Focus: Understand and master the standard notation of dimensions and the meanings of some annotation symbols, the projection rules of three views, the difference between national standard perspective and third perspective, learn to read and draw section views, the standard drawing methods for standard parts, understand and master the representation method of zero parts, the meaning of limit and tolerance fit, the meaning and notation of form and position tolerance, and the reading of zero surface roughness.
Yan Engineer's practical approach to education: Allocate ample practical teaching sessions, allowing students to practice software operations in computer labs. During the practical process, students complete tasks such as drawing, modeling, and assembly based on the teacher's instructions, reinforcing their theoretical knowledge and enhancing their proficiency in software operation and practical hands-on skills. Teachers provide on-site guidance during the students' practical sessions, promptly correcting their mistakes and addressing any issues they encounter.
3D modeling relies on feature generation techniques such as extrude, rotate, scan, loft, and more, combined with Boolean operations (addition, subtraction, intersection) to construct complex geometries. Parametric design is a core capability, enabling rapid model iterations through dimension-driven changes (like the Design Tree editing in SolidWorks). Modeling involves specialized skills such as complex surface construction (like automotive body panels, mold cavities), standard thread generation, and feature arrays (such as gear teeth distribution).
Yan Engineer's training covers Mechanical Drawing and Engineering Drawings: Students will learn about standard formats of mechanical drawings, view drawing, dimensioning, section views, and local enlargements, mastering the basic rules of mechanical drawing and being able to draw standard-compliant engineering drawings.
