Overview
The YH3600 Carbon Black Dispersion Analyzer is an instrument developed by Shanghai Yanjin Science and Instrument Co., Ltd. in accordance with international standards GB/T18251-2000 and GB/T2951.41-2008, specifically designed for the detection of pigment or carbon black dispersion in polyolefin pipes, fittings, and mixed compounds. This unit is compatible with software based on the YH3600 and a trinocular microscope, enabling the measurement of the size, shape, and distribution of carbon black agglomerates and particles.
Technical Features
1. Include a Nikon imported trinocular microscope (for pipes) or metallographic microscope (for cables), with a 3MP CMOS microscope high-definition camera (optional 5MP CMOS high-definition camera).
2. Equipped with a micrometer scale for convenient and efficient pixel size calibration.
3. Click on the particle image to display its morphological parameters.
4. Software supports the segmentation of selected carbon black particles, facilitating the separation of two connected carbon black particles or aggregates.
5. Software supports the deletion of interfering particles.
6. The software can be set to 70x or 100x magnification, convenient for testing different materials.
7. Utilizes a USB 2.0 data interface for enhanced compatibility with computers. The instrument can be separated from the computer and paired with any computer equipped with a USB port.
8. Supports export of single particle image.
9. The software is compatible with various operating systems, such as XP, WIN7, WIN8, and WIN10.
10. Measurement results output data is comprehensive, stored in a database, and allows for input of various parameters such as operator name, sample name, date, and time for analysis.
11. The instrument features an aesthetically pleasing design, with a compact size and light weight.
High measurement accuracy, good repeatability, and short measurement time.
13. Optional slicing machine available.
