Overview
RDY-500A Automatic Differential Scanning Melting Point Instrument, directly measures the sample temperature using the differential scanning method, perfectly integrating high-precision temperature control technology to provide users with accurate, stable, and reliable test results. Features automatic detection and real-time graph display for convenient and precise measurement of the sample's melting point and distance, and can be connected to a printer for printing melting point test reports. Particularly suitable for melting point testing of materials such as plastic granules. Compliant with ISO 11357, GB/T 19466, and ASTM D3417 standards.
Technical Features
1. Equipped with a 10.1-inch industrial-grade microcomputer, it records temperature and differential thermal curve graphs, automatically calculating initial and final melting temperatures.
2. Industrial-grade wide-screen touch structure with rich display information, including set temperature, sample temperature difference thermal signals, and various switch states.
3. The furnace body features a compact structure with adjustable heating and cooling rates.
4. Enhanced installation process, utilizing full mechanical fixation to completely avoid contamination of the differential thermal signal by the internal gel of the furnace.
5. Dual-temperature probes ensure high repeatability in sample temperature measurement.
6. Standard specification samples are provided for customer convenience in adjusting temperature coefficients.
7. Accepts printer for printing melting point reports and supports USB drive export of test graphs.
8. No requirements for the transparency of the samples.
9. Offer PC software; instruments can be connected to the computer via serial port.
